How the website handles data

The site stays intentionally simple. It does not use advertising trackers, but some infrastructure, measurement, and form services may still process limited data when they are enabled or when you choose to use them.

Contact requests

When you email, call, or submit a quote request, we can receive the information needed to respond and follow up.

Zoho Forms

The quote request form is provided by Zoho. When the contact form is displayed or submitted, Zoho can process the information you send under its own service terms, cookies, or similar technologies.

Technical cookies

Hosting, CDN, security, or anti-bot services, including Cloudflare when used, can place strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver and protect the site.

Local browser storage

When you accept the site cookie notice, the site stores that preference locally in your browser so the notice does not keep appearing on every page.

Opticable promo database

Promo entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so the campaign can be administered, abuse can be reduced, consent choices can be logged, and one promo code can be tied to one email address.

Opticable referral program

Referral accounts, codes, cases, and rewards are stored so the platform can be administered, eligibility can be reviewed, and related credits or payouts can be tracked.

Referral portal access

When the referral portal is used, secure password reset emails can be issued so account access can be restored without exposing the existing password.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Turnstile is used to reduce automated submissions before a promo result is assigned.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

If enabled for the site, Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure aggregated visits without using advertising pixels.

  • Use the phone number or email addresses on the site instead of the Zoho form.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
  • Clear this site’s local browser storage to show the cookie notice again.
  • Contact Opticable if you have questions about how a quote request is handled.
  • Leave marketing consent unchecked if you only want quote-related follow-up.
  • Use the promo unsubscribe page later to withdraw marketing consent without affecting operational quote or service follow-up.
