Scope
What we delivered
- Installation of a UniFi Access video intercom at the main entry with full access-control integration
- Installation of 10 UniFi cameras in corridors, entries, and parking areas
- Deployment of TP-Link Omada access points and Omada switches in corridors and common areas
- Deployment of a MikroTik router, Cat 6 cabling in the common areas, and organization of the network room
Outcome
Result
The manager controls entry remotely, views the cameras from a phone, and manages the intercom and access rights from the same UniFi platform. Residents benefit from WiFi in all shared spaces.
